Everything put the portals. Strange for them to add another one of these in. Curiously it's positioned right above Vigil Keep.., where you can't craft, but you can craft on the airship! Np!
You can get one-time use passes from the alliance bags, two-week passes for 150 gems and a permanent pass (these won't be around forever!) for 1000 gems. Choose wisely!
