Blizzard just announced a few changes to the way that Recruit a Friend works, which results in a significant drop in the bonus experience rewarded when under the RAF program. They also changed how heirlooms stack with sources of bonus experience, as well as capped how much bonus experience you can have at any one time. This one's going to be a fun ride!
