In this moderate-intensity 5-minute suspension training workout, we will do 1 minute of 5 different exercises. After each exercise, take a 1-minute break for recovery and to set up the next exercise.
You will need a pair of Jungle Gyms (one anchor point each) or a TRX system (2 handles, one anchor point) for this workout. You may also require a step or box to allow for modifications.
A timer and a mat may make things easier and more comfortable.
The 5 exercises we will be doing are:
- Pull-ups
- Push-ups
- Rows
- Dips
- Bridges
Remember to only workout to your ability - make modifications where required.
