This is a Medium-High Intensity Workout. This workout will develop full body strength and cardiovascular endurance. The particular focus will be on hip extension and develop your shoulder joint.
EMOM = Every Minute on the Minute. In the first minute you complete 30x Skips and 1x Clean & Press each arm. Every increasing minute thereafter, you add 1x Clean & Press to each arm following the 30x Skips. It won't be long before you can't physically perform the exercises in the minute. When this happens you continue with the set and complete the set in the next minute, or even the minute after that. Use whatever time is left in that minute as your recovery and pick up from the set you're up to.
Equipment you'll need:
- Kettlebells
Start with a weight you can lift 12 times but not much more (I suggest having at least 2 different sizes)
- Skipping Rope
