In this Exercise Tutorial, I explain how to do Pistols. Pistols are a 1-legged squat and they develop great strength, balance and coordination. They are beneficial for everyone; but they are particularly beneficial for athletes who play ball sports. I demonstrate 3 levels of modification - Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced.
