This is a Medium-High Intensity Workout. This workout will develop cardiovascular fitness, as well as upper-body and abdominal strength.
It can be completed anywhere - from a hotel room to a backpackers dorm. There really is no excuse for this workout as it requires just a skipping rope and very little space. Watch the video for my advice on how to do this workout with NO equipment. If you want calf definition, good shoulders and a 6-pack, this workout is for you.
The workout follows a Tabata protocol for these 4 exercises:
- Skipping
- Push Ups
- Crunchy Frogs
- Arm Circles
