I've noticed a lot of the things I've been doing lately, and what people have asked me for in regards to health & fitness, revolves around 10 minutes.
Therefore, here's my new hashtag #JA10M and here's a 10-minute workout to follow.

1-Minute of each of the following exercises:
Push Ups
Squats
L Sit
Mountain Climbers
Bends
Pull Ups
Handstands
High Knees
Brace
Lunges

Choose your level of progression for each exercise and go for as long as you can within the minute.
