A ladder workout is when we take a number of exercises, and do them in an order where the first exercise has the most amount of repetitions and the last exercise has least amount of time. Once we complete all of the exercises in order (going "down" the ladder), we work our way back "up" the ladder, starting with the exercise that has the least amount of repetitions dedicated to it.
Sometimes, going "up" the ladder can include different exercises than when you went "down" the ladder, as is the case with this Strength Ladder Workout.
In this moderate-intensity Strength Ladder Workout, we'll be doing
- 20 Deadlifts
- 40 Sumo Squats
- 60 Single Leg Bridges
- 80 Lunges
- 100 Squats
- 80 Renegade Rows
- 60 Push-ups
- 40 Rows
- 20 Lateral Raises
After every exercise, we will rest for 30 seconds.
Remember to only workout to your ability - make modifications where required.
