In this moderate-intensity 7-minute workout, we will do 1 minute of 7 different exercises.
This week I am joined by my partner Holly. You may notice that we work at different levels sometimes. That's ok! You need to work to your own level to get the most out of your workout.
No equipment is required for this workout, except maybe a timer and a mat to make things easier and more comfortable.
The 7 exercises we will be doing are:
- Push-ups
- Star Jumps
- Back Extensions
- Jogging on the Spot
- Squats
- Lateral Jumps
- Brace
Remember to only workout to your ability - make modifications where required.
