#CoachJacob. This is a Core Lunge workout, which will develop great strength through your core by performing primarily lunges. The core strength will extend to your hips and legs, as well as your shoulders and upper back.
This is a Medium-High Intensity session depending on what weight you use for the S/A O/H Lunges and Rotational Lunges. The Mountain Climbers and Jumping Jacks add a cardio element to an otherwise pure strength workout. Swap Jumping Jacks for Star Jumps as another option to decrease the intensity.
