This is a High Intensity Ladder Workout. This workout will develop strength, stamina, and burn energy, as well as fat. The workout consists of 6 different exercises, which are completed twice; once on the way up the ladder and again on the way back down the ladder.
The exercises are:
- Squat Thrusters
- Roll Ups
- Rotational Lunges
- Deadlifts
- Hip Heists
- Bicycles (Backward)
Perform the first exercise for 10x reps, the second exercise for 20x reps, and so on. Complete just 1 set of the last exercise - bicycles (60x reps).
