Your weekly workout video with
#CoachJacob. This is a Shoulder Ripper workout, which will develop strength in your shoulders and upper back. It will create hard, cut deltoid muscles and protect the shoulder joint, which is beneficial for contact sports.
This is a Medium Intensity session, which can be modified in three ways to increase the intensity.
1) Make it longer.
2) Include it as a warm up, in the middle of a workout, or add it to the end of a workout as a finisher.
3) Hold dumbbells or bands.
