*Squat Thrusters for Squats
*Rotational Lunges for Lunges

*Bicycles on elbows instead of hands
Notes:
Hip Heists - Keep your shoulders directly over your hands.
Deadlifts - Use a light weight or no weight at all. Ensure you push your hips back to start the move and keep your back straight. The bend at your knees is only very slight, otherwise it becomes a squat. This is to target your butt and back of thighs. Keep your knees directly over your heels so your shins stay vertical.
