#CoachJacob. This is an awesome Shoulder Workout with exercises that aren't traditionally shoulder exercises. This workout will develop strength in your shoulders, with a particular focus on your deltoids, rotator cuff muscles and rhomboids. This is also a great core workout, hitting all the muscles from your back, through your obliques, to your abs. The skipping adds a cardio element, which helps to burn carbohydrate and fat, promoting fat loss and muscle definition.
This is a High Intensity session, which can be made more intense by increasing the speed of the workout or adding 1-2 extra sets.
